Experience

Prior to co-founding Rosengren, Kohlmeyer & Hagen Law Office, Chris spent eight years as a Workers Compensation Attorney for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Furthermore, he worked exclusively on Wal-Mart’s Minnesota workers compensation claims for its stores throughout the state. Consequently, he has personally appeared hundreds of times before Judges and Hearing Officers at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) and the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA).  Chris’ work for Wal-Mart provided him a tremendous amount of trial experience.  And it also gave him a unique insight into how multi-billion dollar companies defend Workers Compensation claims. Accordingly, he now uses that experience and insight to help his clients recover the absolute maximum amount of benefits to which they are entitled under Minnesota’s Workers Compensation laws.

Practice Focus Mr. Rosengren’s legal practice focuses almost entirely on workers’ compensation. Occasionally, he will still make time for clients who come to him with unique and challenging criminal matters. Mr. Rosengren’s passion for helping clients through what is often the most difficult time of their lives is one of the major driving forces of his success.
